The staff was great and quick to respond. I got an exceptionally nice room with clean towels, a good shower, and AC. Free parking on site was provided. Early check-in was available. had a great stay for the price.

Great budget hotel in a safe area really close to NRG Park, the the train station and the stadium. Spacious room with a double bed and the couch, for example. Superfriendly and accommodating staff, early check in.

The hotel has a wonderful location. The room was spacious and spotless. The staff were affable and gave us great tips. Liked the location close to the NFL NRG stadium. It was definitely a really good stay for the price. I enjoyed my time at Extended Stay America - Houston - Med. Ctr. - Nrg Park - Fannin St. The hotel is in a great location, the room was very clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated how convenient it was to get to the NFL NRG stadium. Overall, it was a fantastic stay considering the price.

location. Right across the street and from NRG Stadium. Lots of bushes to relieve self while waiting to check in.
one and a half hour wait to check in even though I had reservations. Place was overbooked on the night of a major concert (GnR). Rooms were not ready (dirty towels and linens, green bar of soap in shower with pubes on it). Clerk tried multiple times to get help at front desk which never came. May be ok if there are no major events in the area.

The young man at the front desk was very over worked but was very nice and very helpful.
The box mattress under the main mattress was filthy. The night stand had not been cleaned. To the left of the window and Air Conditioner there was food and bugs in the corner on the floor. The carpet was very old. Trash was left under the bed. I was afraid for my feet to touch the floor and did not want to use the bath and hated to touch the toilette. I will not ever stay at another Extended Stay America.
