Clean room, but terrible service at check-in made my arrival stressful.

It was just an optimal selection for a short staycation in Houston with extraordinarily good value for money. The room was nice and clean, and we had access to useful kitchen utensils. Make sure to check breakfast early or you may miss out.

Highly recommend for tough times

I can't stress enough how Tiffany and Josh went above and beyond to cater to our needs. They really made a tough situation bearable when we visited a friend in the hospital, their kindness was the silver lining.

It's not exactly inexpensive, but worth it in the end.

great access to parks and museums for weekend explorers

I loved the convenient walking distance to Hermann Park's Japanese Garden, where I spent a peaceful afternoon enjoying the beautiful scenery, and the Houston Museum of Natural Science was just a short stroll away for an interesting day of exploration.

The room was super clean and had a fridge and stove, which were perfect for cooking. I really enjoyed the relaxing pool area and the cozy fire pit in the evening. Just a heads up, I noticed the pillows were a bit limited, but it didn't spoil my stay! 👍

Had a great time with friends! The complimentary area shuttle was super handy for visiting the museum district and exploring the local shops. Our room was clean and the kitchenette was a plus since we cooked some meals. It's a nice budget-friendly option for groups looking to save yet have fun.

Unfortunately, the breakfast situation was disappointing. We showed up around 7 am, and there were no food items left. Definitely need to improve on that.

Excellent Service and Shuttle Experience

I enjoyed a month-long stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Berdia in the shuttle service, who assisted me with my scooter. The laundry facility was a great convenience, and the nearby restaurant options offered delicious meals. Don’t miss the weekday shuttle times for easy trips!

Target audience athletes

We were in town for a body building comp and this place had the perfect kitchen setup so we could prep meals for the strict diet. The shuttle service was clutch too it took us right to the event with no hassle at all.

Multiple issues indicated a lack of thorough housekeeping, which significantly detracted from the experience. Construction noise further added to the discomfort, leading to an early departure and a refund request.

I also noticed that the kitchen utensils were missing, which was frustrating since the website promised they would be available. I had to ask for them and felt ignored at first. Housekeeping seemed sporadic. on days when I anticipated a clean-up, it didn’t happen without my prompting. Being in such a convenient location was helpful, but the overall cleanliness and service needed to be more consistent. I hope my next visit addresses these points better.
